Warehouse Collection
When Mr. Rong's new furniture was shipped to Hippo's Shanghai warehouse, the warehouse staff would check the quantity, specifications and packaging of the goods to ensure that they were consistent with the list of goods provided by Mr. Rong. At the same time, the warehouse provides a safe, dry and ventilated storage environment to ensure that the furniture is not damaged while awaiting transportation. For some furniture made of special materials, the warehouse will take measures against moisture and insects.

Replace the packaging
The staff will first check the original packaging of the furniture to assess its ability to protect in the process of sea transportation. For the furniture with broken, not solid or not in line with the requirements of sea transportation, it will be processed by replacing the packaging. According to the different characteristics of the furniture and transportation requirements, suitable packaging materials will be selected. For fragile items, foam and bubble wrap will be used to carry out multi-layer packaging, packaging can wait for loading and shipping.

Delivery
Once the goods arrive in Sydney, Australia, Hippo will arrange for home delivery according to Mr. Rong's request. When the goods are delivered to the designated address, Hippo also provides furniture disassembly and assembly services. After the assembly is completed, the site will be cleaned up, the packaging materials and garbage will be cleaned up, to keep Mr. Rong's living environment clean and tidy.
