The presence of furniture makes the whole home more fulfilling and warm. Ms Zhang from Hangzhou recently needed to move to San Francisco, USA, and wanted to ship some of her usual domestic furniture to her new home to spend Christmas with her family there.

After learning about Ms Zhang's needs, NIM's business consultant quickly customised the cross-border shipping plan and made an appointment with Ms Zhang for the domestic door-to-door packing time. The main items to be shipped include: sofa, bed, mattress, table and other furniture.

Packing was completed and customised wooden crates for fragile items were reinforced at the warehouse.

High level of delivery service in the United States: After the items arrive at the U.S. port, special people will be sent to the home to help move the furniture to the designated location, in order to prevent damage to the floor of the customer's new home, but also specially laid a red carpet, the furniture to help assemble, and finally all the rubbish cleaned up and taken away.
