Case Overview: Mr Zhu entrusted NIM to transport his furniture items from Qingdao to Auckland, New Zealand by sea.

Moving abroad by sea is a big deal. Mr Zhu from Qingdao, who is being expatriated to New Zealand for work, recently prepared to have his luggage and some furniture shipped to Auckland by sea, and urgently needed to find a professional cross-border moving company to undertake the job. Although it's not much, it means a lot to Mr Zhu.

The business consultant probably understood Mr Zhu's shipping list, estimated that there were about 8 cubic metres of goods, and suggested that Mr Zhu should go through NIM's group shipment channel, which is safe, efficient and cost-effective, with all the domestic and overseas operations carried out by NIM's warehouse staff, and with no third-party intervention.

After all the communication, NIM's packing master came to his door according to the agreed time.
