1.the documents required for the import of personal belongings:
Original passport;
NIE (Residence permit for foreigners);
Original Residence Certificate issued by the Spanish Consulate in China;
Spanish Resident Card / Work Permit;
Certificate of residence issued by the local authority of the place of residence in Spain;

2.Conditions for duty-free importation of personal effects:
The items are owned and used by the owner for at least 6 months;
Items must be imported into Spain within 12 months of the consignee's arrival in Spain;
The consignee must be registered with the Spanish Tax Office; if the consignee has not obtained a residence permit, the company employed by him or the person who has been registered with the National Tax Office must represent the consignee in the customs clearance.
